    I signed up for you to be my coach. I am out of shape and obese at 63 and need this program very much. It is hard to get motivated and I get discouraged easily. I have my lazy days where it’s hard to get going at all, much less exercize and work on a meal plan. The meal plan is hard as my husband Ray and I like to eat out a lot. We seldom go to movies or have other activities so this is one of our treats.

    We need to find other things to enjoy other than eating out so often. Change is hard, especially when your 63 and been in a rut with bad habits for so long. The older you are the harder it is to change, especially when you are so out of shape and overweight. We are the ones that need it the most, but for me it’s hard as I’m sure it is for most people to change their lifestyle and make healthy changes.

    This sounds negative but I’m trying to be honest and say what is going on with me.

    Don’t worry Bonnie, I’m here to make your life a little less comlicated! Contact me on those days you feel unmotivated! Together we wll get you through this! You’re right, change is hard, but this change will save your life! Commit for 90 days!! If you do that, you will never look back! You CAN do this Bonnie! Be strong and have faith!

    Hi Leslie! Unfortunately I already have a coach, but I just wanted to tell you that you’re video on youtube motivates me like nothing else! I’m also a mom, and wanted to lose all the baby weight, so I started P90X and I’m through the first 30 days. Anytime I didn’t feel like working out I looked at your results and had the desire back to get the results I wanted. Thank you so much for posting the video, it’s made a huge difference in my fitness journey! I just wish I could switch my coach on beachbody.com. Is there any way I can make you my coach instead?

    Yes, you can make the coach switch :)

    You just have to send a one line email to coachrelations@teambeachbody.com telling them that you want LESLIE ANDERSEN at coachleslie14@yahoo.com to be your coach. Make sure to include your FULL NAME and email address and to copy me on the email so I can follow up. That’s it, then I will be your coach :)

    Leslie! I just started P90X and it is my second week doing it! I know I am gonna need a lot of motivation. Since I moved out to go to college I have gained about 30 extra pounds. I am currently on the weight watchers diet. I am excited to be doing the p90x and am looking forward to these results!!! :)

    Hi Jessica :) I’m happy to help you through your P90X journey!! You should start seeing results soon if you haven’t already!! I’m unfamiliar with the Weight Watchers diet but as long as you are getting the proper amount of food to keep you fueled for the extreme workouts you should be good to go! Just be carefull of the amount of carbs you take in, especially if you are trying to lose weight :) I look forward to seeing your results as well, so keep me posted as much as possible ;) BRING IT!!

    Hey Leslie, I seen your video on you tube. I really need your help. I have looked @ hundreds of testimonials & reviews. So far what I have seen yours is the closest to what I am seeing so far. I have been on P90X for 6 weeks, actually just finished my 6 weeks. I have followed the P90X nutrition plan 100%. The first 3 weeks I went down one pants size. By the looks in the mirror I have lost inches. However I am getting discouraged, I have only lost 2 lbs total, That was in the first 3 weeks and that was when I was on phase one of the nutrition plan. Do I need to go back to that phase or what? It seems like I am eating like a pig eating all this protein & now I get 3 carbs daily on phase 2. As opposed to phase 1, I only got one carb daily. I want to see the weight show on the scale to. I love doing P90X. Its hard but not as hard as I thought it was going to be. When I get done with the 1st round I want to do it again, or at least do the plus videos I bought. So maybe 3 more rounds. Please Help? is the weight going to show on the scale? Do I need to adjust my nutrition plan again already?

    Hey Lynette,
    Don’t get discouraged, trust me, I’ve been there too! I want you to take a look at a blog I wrote called “Ditch the Scale”, http://cravetheburn.com/motivation/ditch-the-scale/. I know it’s nice to see those numbers change but don’t discredit the transformation that is going on INSIDE your body! The weight will come off, it has no choice but to do so. If you want, try lowering your caloric intake by 500 calories a day to see if you notice a difference. I also want you to take a look at this blog about weight loss or lack there of, http://cravetheburn.com/workouts/why-am-i-not-losing-weight/. Another thing you want to consider is Shakeology. if you’ve ready over my site, you’ll see how much of a believer I am! Shakeology works, that’s all there is to it!!! Try it out for a few months, I promise you’ll see changes, on the scale and the mirror! If P90X isn’t as hard enough for you, then you may not be pushing yourself as hard as you should be. You need to push to failure, the last 3 reps need to burn like none other! When you think you are done, you need to give it another go, and then another, and then another! This is when you will see results! If it’s not burning, its not working! You also may need to up your game with P90X, check out this blog and find out how you can do that, http://cravetheburn.com/motivation/up-your-game-with-p90x/. Sounds like so far you are doing a wonderful job and putting every effort forth to get results! Trust me, they will come! Stick with the routine and the nutrition plan and it will happen! I’m excited you have allowed me to be a part of your lifestlye change!

  11. Hi Leslie, I am really inspired by your story. I got the DVD’s a couple weeks ago but I wasn’t sure if I was strong enough to strat. I can’t do pullups and I can only do about 5 pushups on the knees. I was wondering if I should do the lean version till I get strong enough to do the classic or just try the classic. Thanks.

  12. Hello :) I’m glad I’ve inspired you! I think you’ll be fine doing the classic version, that’s what i started with and I had no workout background. I’m not really a fan of the lean version, it’s missing plyometrics, which I think is key to great results! Am I your coach? If not sign me as your free coach so I can co it us to inspire and motivate you and answer any questions you might have about the program and diet :)

  13. Hi Leslie, i saw your video on you tube and you look amazing. Your body type is very similar to mine at the begginnig of your p90x. i just finished my 4th wk and got my stats.. i am very disappointed although i can see a slight change the #’s say different. I started at 139lbs and now 143lbs, went from 32% to 33% in fat, the measurements went down but not by much. I don’t know if perhaps i’m just not eating enough, but i have been bringing it and have been eating healthy, once in a while i will cheat but not enough for those crazy numbers.. i am now almost in tears and very discouraged.. any advice?
