My Sample Diet

7:30 am: 2 C veggie Juice; 120 cals (I highly recommend juicing, it is so beneficial to your health!

8:00 am: 2 C Kashi cereal, 1 C skim milk; 380 cals

11:00 am: Results and Recovery Formula; 220 cals (about 30 minutes after my workout!!)

12:00 pm: 5 egg whites,1 whole egg, shredded cheddar, toast with jelly; 500 cals (eating a healthy protein packed meal 30-60 minutes after your workout is CRUTIAL!)

3:00 pm: Shakeology, 12 oz almond milk, 1 Tb almond butter; 325 cals

6:00 pm: 6 oz chicken breast, 1 C brown rice, veggies; 450 cals

Total Calories: 1,995

I have night time snacks from time to time as well, depending on the day. Always healthy :)

Times vary and so do the meals from day to day. This is just a sample :) I make sure I eat every 2-3 hours! I make sure I drink plenty of water! I make sure I have my recovery drink within 30 minutes of my workout and a healthy protein packed meal within 1 hour of my workout!

Making sure you get the proper amount of calories in a day is crutial to your body, your health and your results! Give your body the fuel it needs to perform and I promise you wont be disappointed :)
